Note:

  • All customers get a free demo version of their mobile app before they finalize any order. A demo version is just a sample version for the customer to see how their mobile app will look on a mobile device before they decide to place an order with us.
  • All customers get unlimited design changes once they have finalized the order and before the app is published to the respective App stores. However, once any customer app is published, any design change will incur charges and depend on extent on design change required.
  • All customers will get their own login and password to the content management system for their app where they can make any content changes and or updates, create unlimited notifications, add or delete any content and do much more.
  • Process Max Executive will train the customer on how to make any changes or add or delete any content. The platform is so created that any user does not need any technical skills or knowledge and is very simple to use. Basic knowledge on how to use a Computer and programs like Word or upload or download any photos or document is good enough.
  • Any minor changes and requests from customer for any content change will be done by our team for no charge even if they are recurring changes. However, continuous changes like recurring notifications sending, adding events, adding products or services, adding loyalty programs will be charged and can be discussed and finalized mutually with the customer.
